International Buyers – Please Note: Delivery time may be subject to custom delay thus delivery time cannot be accurately estimated. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
GENERAL: Actual shipping and handling incurred by seller has no relationship with amount paid by the customer. Item is deemed delivered via confirmation with shipping services. All lost and damage claim has to be process by the shipping services and may take up to 30 days.
EXCHANGES: 30 days from the date it left the warehouse. Item must be in unused condition. Return postage to and from is the responsibility of the buyer.
DEFECTIVE: Buyer will need contact us to within 7 days of receipt and returned within 30 days after we responded with RMA number. No exchange will be honored after 30 days had past.
RETURNS: Please contact us via eBay communication (Contact Seller). We would be happy to assist you. We accept returns for buyer’s remorse for up to 30 days following receipt of an item. In situations such as this, it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for shipping and return the item in the original condition they received it in. Unfortunately, we do not provide reimbursement for packaging material or any additional cost incurred by the customer for packaging material required for the return of any item. If the item is not packaged properly to arrive in the condition it was originally sent in, it is subject to being returned to the buyer or may not be eligible for a full refund.
