Warranty

·         Defective or DOA items customers must contact manufacture for replacement or exchange.

·         Buyer has 30 days to return item. (For unopened items only.)

·         Buyer pays return shipping.

·         Item must be shipped out within a week of receiving the RMA#(For Returns of Unopened Items)

·         Returns on unopened items will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping.(or actual  cost of shipping if free shipping was offered for the item)

·         Bulk shipped items will be checked. (We will not give refunds for items that are not ours!)

·         All items must have an RMA#.  If this number is not visible on the returned package,  it will be refused.
