LOCAL PICK-UP PROCEDURE:

1. Place your order on ebay. You may use the ‘Buy it now’ button or you may bid on the item and wait for the auction to end.

3. STOP! Do not continue with payment at this point. 
4. Please send us a message requesting to revise invoice for local pickup and supply us with your phone number.
5. We will adjust the invoice for ‘Local pickup’ and send you a copy.
6. You may choose to either pay with Paypal, give us a call with a credit card number or you may come in and pay.
7. We will give you a call when item is ready for pickup. Please do not just show up, many of these items require assembly and you will be waiting in our showroom for a while if you do this.
8. In the case where you do not follow these instructions and continue with payment with shipping cost included in total. We will reimburse you the shipping charge, but minus the fees we incur by ebay and Paypal which is 11%.

POL’s Parts Cancellation Policy: 
When you buy you enter into a contract with the seller. This is a contract that is recognized by eBay. Should you cancel for any reason, you will incur a 20% cancellation fee. This will cover the costs and fees we as the seller incur in processing your order. We are a full time company with numerous employees involved in processing your order. We have a staff involved in processing eBay orders. Fees are a facet to any business, however, we will not incur any fees for someone who changes their mind or decides against purchasing for any reason. Once you agree to buy, the process is in motion and is costly to us to stop. Return Policy: 
THIS ITEM IS NON RETURNABLE after 14 days of receipt. We offer a 30-day parts replacement warranty. This warranty covers factory defects and defaults only. We do not cover misuse or broken parts caused by the user or by any other event. We are one of the very few sellers on ebay that offer a 30 day warranty. All sales are final and merchandise may be returned only with the consent of Performance Onlines merchandise staff. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product, please email our customer service representatives for instructions. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS. Merchandise which has been damaged, installed, altered in any way, painted, unwrapped, electrical parts, GM non-returnable parts, literature and special order parts will not be accepted for exchange or refund. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned merchandise. All return items must be shipped freight prepaid, as our shipping department is not authorized to accept freight collect shipments.
