1.     We accept Payments from registered, verified PayPal accounts. 

2.     Payment must be received within 72 hours of the auction's close to avoid an "Unpaid Item" report.

3.     For physical goods, we will only ship to a confirmed address exactly as it appears in your PayPal account. For most auctions, we presently ship only to addresses in the United States and Canada.

4.     We accept returns if and only if (1) We made an obvious, indisputable error in a product description (Example: We said "Blue Size 4" but the product is "Red Size 8"), or (2) We mailed the wrong item altogether (Example: The auction was for a "Twin Size Aimee Quilt" and we accidentally send a "Queen Size Olivia Sheet Set.")
