- Personal cheque or postal orders should be made payable to All Tied Up (UK) Ltd and posted to the address given at the time of ordering.

- This item will be shipped via the Royal Mail
- Standard delivery is 2nd class postage, first class postage and special delivery can also be selected at the checkout for an additional charge.
- Any items that are sent by the Royal Mail cannot be guaranteed unless Special Delivery is selected.
- The Royal Mail does not consider an item to be lost until after 15 day have passed from the date of posting, if your item has not arrived with you within 15 days of dispatch date, please let us know (UK ONLY).
- International delivery can take anywhere between 1-6 weeks. Please allow adequate time when ordering your item.
- Returns are accepted, Please contact us within 14 days of receipt if you wish to return an item.
- Returns are sent at the customers expense.
- Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue a refund where applicable.
- Non-faulty items MUST be returned to us in a saleable condition.
- Original postage cannot be refunded, unless the item is faulty.
- Personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
