This book is a co-publication of the Canadian institute of Resources Law and the Arctic Institute of North America. Both Institutes have a long history or research and publication on resource management issue in the Canadian north. In this study, Ms. Muir deals with the water management issues that are raised by the conclusion of land claim agreements in northern Canada. These agreements include the Inuvialuit Final Agreement. All these agreements raise new and legally interesting questions for water managers, and both Institutes are pleased to support this contribution to the literature on water law and policy in Canada.
