 This is a 12 volt speedometer , there are others just like it that are 24 volt but they have a resistor added . This one is a 12 Volt unit

I believe it is for a street sweeper but could possibly be used in many other applications.  There are switches accessible from the back that program it for different vehicles and if you have a unit that looks like this on a different vehicle you just need to make sure the switches are flipped according to your old speedometer  to calibrate it for the vehicle/ tires you have.

 It comes with a hold down clamp. It will fit in a 3 3/8 to 3 1/2 inch hole

 I bought a case of these in a lost freight auction and I do not have much information about them like how to program them there is a code on the back side on a blue label. There may be more info from Teleflex Marine  or Allianz . and I would appreciate any info you care to pass on.
