This vintage-inspired, aqua blue party dress has a ton of eyeballs printed on it. The dress features a black trimmed neckline & waistband with a sewn on black bow. The bottom is hemmed with black mesh netting giving it a great vintage feel without having a full tulle underlay. The dress zips up the back, making getting into and out of it easy.
