BMS with high-performance dual-processors provides short circuit, over charging and over-temperature protection while maintaining a balanced voltage across all cells.

There are 16s cells in the 48v 20ah LiFePO4 battery.

 

You need to know:

 

• The simpler the structure, the more stable the battery pack performance, the lower the failure rate and the safer
• Chemicals are more stable and less prone to explosion under severe impact, safer than the 18650 cell
• High cell density, More capacity and longer life

 

How to install：

 

• Two thin wires are used to charging,connect to the black charging plug，
• Two thick wires are used to Discharging, connect to XT90 plug，
• Another XT90 plug need be connected to controller，
• Red is positive pole; Black is negative pole，
• Don't connect them by mistake,otherwise it will destroy battery
• Please let us know if the charger is damaged during transportation or not working, and we will resend it.

 

Our battery accessories are separated separately. XT90 plugs and 3-hole plug are not connected to the battery.

You can configure corresponding plugs according to different plugs of these controllers

LiFePO4 Battery Features

The maximum voltage of lithium iron phosphate at full charge is 3.65v. After the battery is fully charged and powered off, it is normal for the voltage to fall back to 3.35v or above. If the static state drops to 3.32 or below, it indicates severe battery loss.

Voltage issues of concern to buyers.

 

• 53.6v ≤ voltage < 58.4v, Battery capacity 99%-100%
• After the 48V LiFePO4 Battery is fully charged, the voltage will drop within a few seconds. As long as the voltage detected by the battery at full charge is between 53.6v and 58.4v, the battery will have no problem.
