Our range of invitations cover every occasion and requirement for a celebration.

If, for a small additional charge, you would like personalised invitations for each of your invited guests, just contact us and we can discuss your requirements.

Our invites are approximately A6 size (148mm x 105mm) and are printed on 300gsm quality
white Delux card, and come either supplied with or without white envelopes.

All our products are manufactured in house and do NOT carry our imprint or details of our company and they are not photocopies, they are printed using liquid ink technology.

We kindly ask all customers to carefully review their designs, taking extra special care to proof read the names and dates, before giving confirmation for print as we can’t be held responsible for errors such as spelling mistakes. Should such an error occur, we’d be happy to reprint your order for a small charge.

If we are to blame, we’ll put own up and do everything we can to fix it at no cost to you and as fast as possible.

Colour Variations

Please note that colours can vary from your screen to our print, if differences do occur they are generally very slight.

Our computer is calibrated to that of our printer therefore any variances will be due to the set-up of the colour and brightness settings on your computer monitor. We will not be held responsible for any differences in colours nor will we refund/compensate should a colour difference occur.

Copyright

If submitting a professional photo or other image, please supply proof that you have obtained permission from the photographer/artist to reproduce the image for the purposes of creating an invitation/thank you card etc.

Delivery and turnaround times
Delivery can vary depending on any amendments you require and how quickly you reply to the proofs. Our estimates are a guide to the turnaround, but we aim to dispatch within 48 hours of the final OK.

If you’re in a hurry we may be able to fast track your order, please contact us and we’ll see if we can accommodate your timescale.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns are not accepted as items are personalised to your specification, however if we've made an error we'll quite happily reprint your order free of charge.

Only in rare circumstances will we refund your order, we'd prefer to fix the issue. If you've made an error, we'll reprint your order for a reduced cost as a gesture of good will.

We remind all customers to carefully check the proofs sent via email as we can't be held responsible for errors such as spelling after you've given us confirmation to print.
