De-Coding Board with holes and code shield along with the instructions print on the bottom back of the box. Made in England. 
Condition: Pre-owned with gentle used. Great vintage with some very minor wear on box. Box measurements is : 12 1/2" x 5 1/4" x 1 1/2"
