Shipping and Return Information
- We usually ship the items within 24 hours after your payment.
- After the item has been shipped, I will post a tracking number.
- This item is shipped to only U.S domestic, not international. We are located in NJ.
Return Information - If the camera doesn't work because your DVR doesn't support 5MP TVI cameras, the shipping charge will be paid by the buyer to return the item
- You can return the item within 15 days, shipping charge is not refundable. Also, return can be only accepted with original box.
- The returned item must be 100% resalable condition which includes all original accessories.
- You are responsible for shipping cost. You must use UPS or USPS that provide a tracking number.
- If there is any physical damage found after we get the item back such as scratches, dent..etc, no money will be refunded.
- Please contact us first before you return, RMA number must be provided before you return the item.
