  • The didgeridoo may have natural bright stains of the Sonokeling wood, or it may be completely dark, this gives each didgeridoo an unequaled look.
  • Each didgeridoo is a UNIQUE handwork, a fascinating authentic work of art.
  • Each didgeridoo is different and there is no replication of it (and there won't be too).
  • There are no two identical items. No two identical stains. No two identical carvings.
  • Please note that as they are handcrafted from Sonokeling Wood, there are minor imperfections and wood staining. They are quite heavy as they are solid hardwood.
  • You can't know which exact didgeridoo you get (because they are different it's impossible to list each one), so the one you get will have its own unique stains (with their unique shape, size, location...).

About these BOX didgeridoos
  • These BOX didgeridoos have brilliant fantastic sound of a full-length 59" \  150cm (!!!) wooden Didgeridoo but this is a fraction of the size!
  • The internal path is Z-shape so the effective length is about triple the box length.
  • A go-anywhere instrument with a rich hardwood tone, perfect for traveling, camping, festivals, etc.
  • It has a comfortable smooth rounded mouthpiece, NO NEED FOR WAX, and BRILLIANT SOUND!
  • Nice and solid, size is about 21" X 6" (55cm X 15cm) but the EFFECTIVE LENGTH is about 59" (150 cm) !!!
  • This instrument is tuned just sharp of A. You could easily tune other instruments up to it and the shape opens up new possibilities for sounds and rhythms, as the open end is easily muffled/muted whilst playing.

Didgeridoo

The didgeridoo (did-jury-doo), also spelled Didgeridoo, may be one of the most ancient musical instruments known to humans.
It originated in Australia, and has been used there by the aboriginal people for thousands of years.
Traditional didgeridoos are made of a tree branch that has been hollowed by termites.
Beeswax is placed on the end to make a mouthpiece.
Though many cultures throughout the globe utilize tubes of similar acoustical design to the didgeridoo, none produces a sound like it.
The Aboriginals employ an array of techniques to persuade myriad sounds and songs from the didgeridoo.
Some of these techniques are buzzing, circular breathing, tonguing, guttural sound,humming, nasal sounds, inflated cheeks, large intervocalic leaps, changing air pressure, and velocity.
Didgeridoo playing originated in Northern Australia and spread to other areas and cultures of the continent.
Health benefits have been ascribed to the didgeridoo. Learning and practicing the didgeridoo helped reduce snoring and sleep apnea, as well as daytime sleepiness. This appears to work by strengthening muscles in the upper airway, thus reducing their tendency to collapse during sleep.
