This is an original David Winter Cottage, "Yeomans FarmHouse", 1985, Original Box and COA.

The box has wear, the front has some tape on it and some tape tears, also has a British sticker on the back, the house is free of defects, no chips, no dings, the bottom still has an almost perfect green felt with a British sticker on it also, see the scans.
