Delivery:

Our Network of delivery companies will deliver to you between Monday to Friday 8am till 6pm and we will provide you with a consignment number you can use to track your order online at the couriers website. Please note that delivery is to England & Wales only Delivery to the following areas are subject to a delivery surcharge.

• Scotland (Including postcodes DG, TD, ML, KA, EH, G, PA, KY, FK, DD, PH, AB, IV, HS, KW)
• Shetland Islands
• Northern Ireland
• Channel Islands
• Isle of Wright
• Isle of Man

Payment:

We accept PayPal for all transactions on eBay
We also accept all major Debit & Credit Cards available over the phone, if you wish to pay via Debit/Credit Card then please place your order over the eBay and we will call you for the payment. Our opening hours are Monday to Saturday 10am till 6pm.

Returns:

If you have placed an order by mistake or if you have changed your mind please contact us immediately via eBay message to avoid any return charges.

If your order has been dispatched and you wish to cancel your order there may be a return charge which will be deducted from the refund.

If the order has been delivered and you wish to return the goods please contact us via eBay.

For unwanted or wrongly ordered goods there will be a return charge which will be deducted from the refund along with the original delivery charge.
