This is a subdued ARMY ROTC patch. When worn it is normally placed on the shoulder. See Photos. I am not sure if this style patch is still being used. Reserve Officer Training Corps is a National Military Leadership program taught at selected American Colleges and Schools. This patch will be a nice addition to any elite unit insignia collection. With the recent huge increase in
U.S. postal rates and requirement for delivery confirmation tracking, we
have had to increase the shipping costs for both domestic and overseas
