over dark or too small. 

Please send the image as large as possible

Please do not reduce or crop the original image size.

Delivery

I aim to engrave and dispatch all items 

within 2 working day of receiving cleared payment 

and engraving details by Royal Mail.

However occasionally, we might need to contact you 

to confirm an inscription, so to avoid delays in dispatch time,

please keep an eye open for any messages

Returns Policy

This Item is Brand New. We do not accept returns on personalised items

that are misspelled, UNLESS the fault is ours,

 in which case we will do a replacement straight away after the item is returned to us.
