10mm amber/orange LEDs with a clear water lens and 25° focused beam — the right size and color for turn signals, caution indicators, and scale RC lighting where a 5mm LED looks undersized and a diffused lens kills the crispness you need.
These LEDs run at 1.8–2.2V forward voltage, 20mA, with a peak wavelength of 605nm that lands squarely in the amber/orange range. At 7,000–9,000 mcd they're genuinely bright for a 10mm package, and the narrow 25° viewing angle keeps that output focused rather than scattered. The clear lens and clear lens surface mean light output is concentrated and the die is visible, which matters for applications where the point-source look is intentional.

- 1:10 scale RC trucks and crawlers — turn signals, marker lights, and hazard flashers on Axial, Traxxas, and similar rigs. At 10mm these are proportionally correct where 5mm reads as too small.

Wiring & power notes
DC power recommended: LEDs are designed for DC. Running on AC will cause flickering and reduce lifespan. If using a low-voltage AC source (model railroad transformer, DCC track voltage), convert it to DC with a MB1S bridge rectifier plus a 100µF 50V electrolytic capacitor for clean, ripple-free output.
