This DVD was a compilation of RARE historical footage produced in the 1960's. It was professional converted, using the latest technology to DVD. The look and feel, as well as the original sound have been retained in the DVD from the 16mm footage.
The BIG DREAM was that this project was to construct a CITY WITHIN A CITY. Century City is contained within Los Angeles, California.
The DVD shares with you, the demolition of the 20th Century Studio property and the backlots that were on Pico Blvd. in West Los Angeles.
It shows the original ground breaking ceremony, as well as the completion ceremony of the 1st newly constructed building.
There are interview scenes with the designers, founders, developers and architects.
The DVD is 25 minutes in length and comes with a label and DVD case.
