Please note, that some batches have No holes some holes at the bottom as well as the top, i.e. 4 holes in total and some have them at the top only just 2 holes. We cannot determine what comes through in advance.
"L" plates are a legal requirement when a provisional licence holder is driving the car accompanied by a full licence holder who has held their full driving licence for at least 3 years and is at least 21 years old.
Driving instructors do not need to wear roof signs with "L" plates on, however most do for advertising. When I am teaching I just display "L" plates on the car that conform to the dimensions above.
"L" plates should be removed or covered when a full licence holder is driving the car, with the exception of driving school cars.
Your "L" plates must be clearly displayed on the outside of the car (not stuck in the windows) and be clearly visible from both front and rear of the car. They should also conform to the dimensions above.
