This badge was issued to professors, to Air Force personnel and members of foreign delegations or institutions that helped in AF grammar school achievements.

Military Aeronautic Gymnasium "Marshal Tito" was founded in 1961 in Mostar, for the purposes of training its employees RV and PVO, in the JNA who will continue training at the Air Force Military Academy in Zadar. Beside her, in the military schools existed 3 more military high school that were different in terms of admission and mode of education. These were: "Franc Rozman-Stane" in Ljubljana (who received only students from the territory of the Federal Republic of Slovenia), "Ivo Lola Ribar" in Zagreb, and the "Brotherhood-Unity", in Belgrade.
