This device can be easily attached to your smoker or BBQ grill to convert it to a smoker. After being loaded with wood smoking chips/chunks, just light from the bottom with a propane torch and attach the end cap. The unit is fitted with a small air pump. The smoke generator will produce smoke for up to 35 min on a full load and is easily reloaded from the top if you desire a longer smoking time. I have added heat resistant knobs to the top and bottom caps for safety of removal when hot.
It
comes with a 1 1/6" outlet tube which provides unrestricted smoke
output and makes it easy to adapt to your smoker. It can easily
adjusted to fit a thin wall up to a 3" thick wall.

Cold smoking provides flavor. Proper curing and cooking procedures must be used for food safety.
*PLEASE NOTE* If attaching the cold smoke generator to a Green
Mountain Grill or Louisiana Grill, please contact us for an additional
air pump with a t-connector. These grills produce positive air pressure
that will cause the smoke to draft out the bottom of the cold smoker.
