Boston Acoustic A100 A150 A200  10" Refoam Kit

This is the correct kit that fits on the A100, A150 and A200 paper cone woofers series I and series II.  If you have the series III (poly cone woofers), please order it from our online E-Bay store.  Most of these woofers use a 2.75" dust cap, but some use a 4.5" dust cap.

Each Refoam Kit includes all the materials needed
to repair two (2) woofers:

      • Refoaming Instructions
      • 2 Foam Surrounds (F10-2)
      • Shims For Centering The 1.5" Voice Coils
      • Kit Comes With Two 2.75" Screen (thin fabric) Dust Caps.  If you need the 4.5" dust caps let us know and we will send those instead.
      • 1 Bottle of Specially Formulated Foam Surround Adhesive for paper cones

*It can be difficult to refoam a speaker without removing the dust cap and inserting the plastic shims.  The plastic shims are used to center the voice coil and cone assembly while the speaker is being refoamed.  If you do not use the plastic shims, the voice coil may be off center and it may lead to the voice coil rubbing

A – Outside diameter of the surround = 9.5″
B – Roll ends                                      = 9″
C – Roll starts / O.D. of the cone       = 7.5″
D – Inside diameter of the surround  = 7.06″
