2.  RETURN POLICY/ 100 SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: We want you, our loyal customer, to be satisfied with your purchase, Therefore, we provide the following return policy and procedure; If, for any reason, you decide not to keep the loose diamond/jewelry, we will accept it back in its original condition, no questions asked, no restocking fee, for a refund or an exchange within (15) days of purchase (date on shipment). Refunds will be minus shipping charges in the original form of payment except for wire transfers, Please note that this only applies to diamonds and jewelry found on our website and not to custom jewelry or special offers.

3.  SHIPPING TERMS:

• These flat rates apply regardless of the quantity. You can combine items from our various auctions and still pay the flat shipping rate.

• Most shipments are sent-out 2 to 4 business day after payment is confirmed or cleared. This pe of handling time is used to size and build the Jewelry in accordance to you specification.

• After shipment is made, we will send you an email with the tracking number, so the package COL be tracked through UPS's web-site.

• All International Customers will need to check with their local Duty/Import office in regards to duty fees that will apply to the merchandise purchased. We are not responsible for any of the duty charges that apply to international trades.
