Age related wear to all cover corners, part of spine is missing (although part of it will come to you in a baggie as seen in 3rd photo), and clasp is missing.
A few tears throughout, mostly on the cabinet card slots. Many of the cdv pages look like they were never even used.
Some pages have faint names written in pencil.
