Shipping. Check the shipping tab for available methods. Tracking is uploaded as soon as it's available, typically within one business day. Orders paid earlier in the day may ship the same day, though that isn't always possible.
Carrier delays. Once a package is handed to the carrier, I can't control delays caused by weather or the shipping company.
Serial numbers. I photograph the serial number of every device before it ships, and these are usually shown in the listing photos.
Signature required. Higher-value items may require an adult signature on delivery.
Sold as-is. Unless otherwise stated, all items are sold as-is with no returns.
