| Functional Description | Grade A This item has been fully tested. Diagnostically, we found there are heavy keyboard marks on screen that may affect use. Multiple dots from keyboard marks look like dead pixels on screen. There is one small bright spot at bottom of screen, not obvious. Other functions are working normally. Battery is in mint condition with 100% health level and 96 battery cycles. We've fully wiped the previous user's data and re-installed Windows 11 Home operating system. |
