The compatible insert options include MMT16ER AG60 KT15, MMT16ER AG60 KT6020, and MMT16ER AG60 KT735. A No Insert option is also available. When both a blade and tool holder are selected, the supplied package includes 10 blades, 1 tool holder, and 1 wrench.

The cutting inserts are made from tungsten carbide and feature a CVD coating. The supplied specifications list a hardness of 95 HRA. The tool holder body is specified as 42Cr material, providing a robust base for compatible external threading applications.
