Shipping Policy:  I ship patches using the USPS with just a stamp and no tracking.  This works almost 100% of the time.  If you are worried about non-delivery, please message me and I will ship by First Class Ground Advantage for $5.50 with tracking.  On multiple wins, the first two patches ship for $1.00.  For combined shipping, you must wait for an invoice.   Three or more patches will be a flat $5.50 for postage with tracking and insurance, no matter how many patches you win.  International Shipping is $2.00 per patch without tracking in a plain envelope with a stamp.   Understand by bidding you are accepting this policy.
