Vehicle Compatibility - Compatible with BMW E90, E91, E92 (3 Series), E60, E61 (5 Series), F07, F10, F11 (5 Series GT/5 Series), F01, F02 (7 Series), E84 (X1) platforms. Fits ATC300, ATC350, ATC35L, ATC450 transmission models. Replaces BMW factory tool number 221 040 and JTC-6718.
OE Tool Replacement - Made to BMW factory tool 221 040 specifications for removing and installing the rear transmission rubber bushing. The press sleeve matches the bushing outer diameter and makes contact only with the outer ring, preventing the rubber section from being squeezed, torn, or deformed
Material & Build - Press sleeves and threaded spindle are made of 45 steel with enough hardness for bushing removal and installation torque. Precision machining ensures a snug sleeve-to-bushing fit without misalignment. Holds its shape through repeated use without stripping
Operation - Works manually with a wrench. The thrust bearing makes spindle rotation smoother under load. Confirm the sleeve matches the bushing outer diameter before pressing. Keep the spindle straight along the axis and turn steadily to press the bushing in or out. Do not use impact wrenches
