This is an antique vintage brass and glass gravity-feed cylinder drip oiler, commonly used on antique stationary "hit and miss" gas or steam engines to lubricate pistons and bearings. The top toggle lever opens or closes the internal needle valve, while the glass body lets you monitor the oil level.
