The apexx Veterinary Equipment Repair Process

Step 1

Purchase repair ticket in our eBay store.

Step 2

Ship your equipment to us. (Via UPS or FedEx) Don't have original packaging to ship in? Ask about our EZ-Ship service!

Step 3

apexx will perform an initial diagnosis and complete an estimate for complete veterinary equipment repair.

Step 4

Upon approval of the cost estimate, apexx will repair your equipment and ship it back to you. (2-4 week turnaround time with a 90 day warranty. If you cannot afford to be down for 2-4 weeks, ask about buying a new Anesthesia System)

 ***If the biomedical evaluation price to repair is more than you would like to spend, you should consider our trade-in/trade-up program. It will allow you to trade in your equipment that you do not want to repair for credit towards a brand new piece of equipment that we sell!***

FREIGHT CHARGES ARE NOT INCLUDED.

apexx Veterinary Equipment cannot guarantee that all parts that may be required to repair your equipment to original manufacturer's specification will be readily available.
