The price is low because I had it for a long time and although the condition is great there could be some light marks here and there. 

No fabric label but I am pretty sure it is cotton. Please do not bid if you thing it will be an issue after purchase. 

The skirt and lining are in a very good condition. 

There are no smell or stains anywhere on the skirt that I can see and the lining is in a good condition too. The button is sturdy and the zip work fine.

The skirt fits the mannequin fine, label says 38. 

Check all measurements taken flat and your own size guide for guidance and another skirt that you have in your wardrobe for comparison.

From the waistband the length of the skirt from the back is 22,5 inches.

From the waistband the length of the skirt from the front is also 22,5 inches.

The waist from side to side is 12 inches and 3quarter.

The width of the skirt at the bottom is 19,5 inches.
