In World War II military printing terminology, the abbreviation "M" stands for mille (the Latin word for thousand). Therefore, "60M" indicates that this was an official government print run of exactly 60,000 copies authorized on April 6, 1943 (4-6-43).

So there is all the signs of aging. There has been damage over the years but it’s peripheral the main image is perfect. You can see it’s been in several different frames or mountings. There is a hand written note on back. This will ship rolled up into a tube or triangular tube box I will try to use the largest one available to me.
