A used Canadian Queen Victoria postal stationery post card bearing a Two Cents green printed indicium at the upper right within a decorative green border. The front is addressed in manuscript to Cumberland, England, while the reverse carries a full handwritten message dated February 1890, placing it firmly within the late Victorian postal stationery period. The card shows honest postal handling, including light toning, edge and corner wear, and general age-related dulling, but the printed design remains clear and attractive. This is a complete postal stationery entire rather than an adhesive stamp, with the postage paid by the printed indicium.
