Beautiful matching pair of ammonite fossils, displaying two very different sides.

The polished sides reveal the internal spiral chambers with attractive natural mineral/crystal formations in brown and cream tones. Turn them over and the outer shells display striking natural rainbow/iridescent colouring, catching shades of green, pink, blue and gold in the light.

Both specimens have some naturally incomplete/broken areas, which can be seen clearly in the photographs and form part of their character.

A really attractive pair for a fossil collection, natural history display, shelf decor or gift.
