This is a rare and vintage 1972 Suzuki Violin, model No. 550, in a 1/2 fractional size, ideal for players with a height of approximately 125135 cm. The violin features a high-grade BARSA bridge and comes with a Japanese-made Pernambuco bow stamped "ARCHET a TOKIO," known for its excellent flexibility and performance. The set includes a thick triangular case with two straps for backpack-style carrying and rosin. This model represents Suzuki's high-end domestic craftsmanship from their golden era, offering a rich, vintage tone with clear, powerful sound and excellent sustain. The violin is in very good condition after over 50 years of careful use, making it suitable for recitals and competitions. Strings installed are Thomastik Dominant and Gold Brocatto, enhancing tonal quality. Please note that the instrument has been professionally maintained and adjusted to a playable standard.
