This beautifully decorated Christmas stocking features an angel with wings holding a basket of poinsettia flowers. She is on a red, star-filled background. Finer needlepoint is used for her face and arm, giving a more delicate look. It is hand needlepointed in wool yarn with a cotton velvet backing in red and velvet piping along the edge.  A needlepointed stocking is a classic and is a wonderful addition to any family tradition during the holidays.
