I am selling my very extensive Arthur Szyk collection from very rare items to more common. There are books, magazines, pamphlets, bookplates, prints, post cards, posters, stamps, labels, envelopes, and many more items.

This lot is for a very rare complete booklet of poster stamps titled "AMERICAN LEAGUE FOR A FREE PALESTINE"  and is often referred to as the "Ships" set and also as the "EXODUS" set. 
The top of the cover of the booklet reads: "FORCE THE GATES OF PALESTINE".

The stamp design was by Arthur Szyk.

The booklet contains 5 panes of 6 poster stamps (30 in total) and an advertisement page. 
Each pane of 5 stamps are all perforated on 3 sides and imperforated on one side.
They are in 5 different colors: Brown; Green; Black; Blue; and Rose.
All 30 poster stamps are in MNH condition.

All the panes are attached to the covers of the booklet by 2 original staples at the very top of the booklet. There are no tears, folds, creases, or marks anywhere - a very clean booklet. (This is the only complete booklet that I have seen - but I'm sure that there are others).
