A direct replacement nylon sliding door guide for wardrobe doors.

Key Features

• Nylon construction
• Overall 40 x 40.5mm
• Australian stock, dispatched within 4 business days

Fits & Replaces

• Direct replacement for most Australian aluminium sliding door guides of this pattern.
• Fit is decided by the overall footprint of 40 x 40.5mm — measure your old guide across both directions before ordering

Specifications

• TradeBase SKU: GDE40
• Material: Nylon
• Overall size: 40 x 40.5mm

Installation Tips

• Take the old guide out first and lay it beside the new one — the footprint and the screw positions both have to match.
• Clean the channel out before refitting. Grit packed into the channel makes the door jam and wears the guide flat.
• Do the screws up firmly but do not overtighten — nylon strips easily under a power driver.

Care & Maintenance

• Sweep the channel clear every few months. A nylon guide needs no lubricant — grease only holds grit against the face.
