DOESN'T RUN - Overbanked

This STUNNING 12 size 21 jewel Art Deco Lord Elgin pocketwatch is housed in a MINTY heavy stock White Gold Filled case, and features a beautiful factory decorated flashy Silver metal dial with mirrored accents.  The movement doesn't run, overbanked.  Movement has solid gold screw down jewel settings and solid gold center wheel.  The stem won't pull out to set the time.  Dating to 1920, the watch looks absolutely stunning, just needs some watchmaking TLC to make it a runner.
