Ticks but stops - Needs cleaning

This 18s 17 Jewel Waltham PS Bartlett pocketwatch is super nice!  The decorative Triple hinged Union case is in very nice condition with tight back cover.  The dial is super bright and looks great, but does have some light hairlines.  The movement looks nearly new, but needs a cleaning to run reliably.  Mainspring and train are good.  A new crown would really set this piece off!  A beautiful piece from 1898!
