How Ordering & Proofing Works

1. Provide Your Details: Enter your required name/text and colour choice in the personalisation box or send a message via eBay after purchase. (Let us know if you need the decal reversed/mirrored for the inside of glass).

2. Digital Proof: We will send an image proof featuring font options via eBay messages within 24 hours -Excluding Weekends.

3. Approval: Please review your eBay messages promptly. Once you approve the layout, we cut and dispatch your order.

Important Dispatch Policy: To meet strict delivery targets, we require proof approval within 48 hours. If we do not receive a response, decals will be produced in our standard default font and primary listing colour to prevent order cancellation.
