Hinges, Yokes & Cups
Hinges, yokes, ear cups and other accessible structural parts are inspected for looseness, cracks or visible damage.
Ear Pads
Ear pads are inspected for wear, peeling, cracking, compression and general condition.
Driver / Grille Area
Accessible driver covers, grilles and surrounding areas are visually inspected without disassembling the headphones.
Ear Cup Surfaces
Dust, fingerprints and accessible surface residue are carefully removed using material-appropriate methods.
Headband & Yokes
Accessible headband, slider and yoke surfaces are carefully cleaned.
Ear Pads
Ear pad surfaces are carefully cleaned using methods appropriate to their material and condition.
Grilles & Accessible Openings
Accessible exterior grille and vent areas are gently cleaned without forcing liquid or debris inside.
Cable & External Contacts
Accessible cable surfaces, plugs and external connection areas are carefully cleaned.
After preparation, we recheck basic operation, confirm the included items and securely pack the item for international shipment.
