IMPORTANT NOTE ON RETURNS: eBay now requires sellers to offer 30-day free returns for any reason, similar to Amazon's policy. While well intentioned, this policy does encourage buyers to not do research ahead of time, since it's simple enough to return the item if it doesn't fit, or if they just don't like it. However, this creates a real financial burden for small businesses. Unlike large retailers, small businesses like ours operate on narrow margins, and once you factor in what we paid for the item, eBay fees, packing supplies, and the shipping label cost, there isn't much room left for profits. When a return is opened, we absorb both the original outbound shipping and the return shipping, which can often wipe out profit margins.
