£10 Bank of England - First Run Low Serial - AA01 000243

Condition: PMG Graded - Gem Uncirculated - Absolutely pristine. 

Exceptionally rare, 1 of several matching low serial numbers during a period where there were no ballot sets.
This was most likely put together by someone working at the bank in the 90's.
