Car is in very good shape. I checked the kit and found the driver is missing along with the rear view mirror and both fuel tank caps. Car was tested on a power supply and runs strong and smooth. The box is beat up and wrapped. The box can be ironed back into shape but there is no helping the wear and discoloration. The fuel tank caps and mirror can easily be fabricated and a driver can be found here on eBay. The instructions are in the box along with the parts to build the car as a Lotus 30.
