Hi! Up for auction is a vintage Welsh made "folk art" ashtray

Carved from a solid block of slate, with offset cigarette rests, blue felt bottom

Slate products were promoted after decline of slate quarrying in North Wales, presumed to date to 1970s or so

Size: 10 x 10 x 3cm (4 x 4 x 1.2")
