A decorative porcelain bowl decorated in classic blue and white underglaze, featuring five-clawed dragons chasing flaming pearls, symbols of strength, prosperity and imperial power in Chinses tradition. Attractive borders of scrolling clouds and waves. Lovely dragon image on the inside of the bowl - used as a brush bowl or fish bowl but great as a planter.
Underside has four character Qianlong marks - a tribute mark rather than original as this is a 20th century piece.
Diameter 8.5" / 22cm at max and 3.5" / 8cm in height.
In very good vintage condition - one slight flaw in glaze as shown, from original manufacture.
Collectable and displays beautifully.
