Beautiful and unusual antique-style wooden bed frame with highly decorative carved and turned detailing.
The bed features an impressive tall headboard with intricate carved panels, spindle decoration and a decorative pierced crest, together with a matching lower footboard. It has a lovely dark aged finish and plenty of character.
The frame carries a brass “Seventh Heaven – Bed Specialists” plaque.
The bed is supplied with the metal side/support frame shown in the photos and the mattress can also be included if required.
This is a substantial, heavy and very decorative piece of furniture which would look fantastic in a period property, traditional bedroom, boutique hotel or as a statement piece.
Condition:
Used vintage condition with age-related marks, scratches, wear and patina as shown in the photographs. The wooden frame has not been restored and would benefit from cleaning/polishing if desired. Please study all photos carefully as they form part of the description.
